Y7 Welcome Event - Thursday 23rd September
Posted on 09th Sep 2021I hope your child has had a great start to life at Fram and is enjoying meeting new people, experiencing different subjects and being part of our community.
As our final part of the transition process we will be offering a new families information event on Thursday 23rd September between 4.00pm and 5.30pm.
Prior to this we will release a series of videos on our Youtube channel and post onto the website giving you details on our Accelerated Reader Programme, Interventions for Year 7s, MicrosoftTeams, MyChildAtSchool app, Extra Curricular Opportunities, Wellbeing Support and Peri Music Lessons.
On the afternoon of the event there will be a short speech in the Hall from myself, Mr Edwards (Deputy Headteacher) and Mrs Millar and Mrs Taylor (Directors of Learning for Year 7). This will run at 4pm and 5pm.
As well as this your child will be able to take you around the school and so you can drop in to say hello to their form tutor and other staff who will be around to answer questions.
In order to keep us all safe we ask that only one adult comes with each Year 6 child and no additional siblings/adults are present.
