Catering at Fram is provided by Norse. Staff and Students worked very hard to ensure that the catering provision aligned with the school values and ethos. As a result, the provision is designed around the needs of the students, with regular tasting panels taking place and menus designed by the students. We offer 3 distinct outlets for food; ‘The Kitchen’ – providing traditional hot meals, ‘The Hatch’ and ‘The Shop’ providing popular ‘grab and go’ options.
Fram operates a ‘cashless’ catering system for purchases. Students are provided with PIN numbers and catering payment accounts can be credited online via Parentmail. Alternatively, there is a cash loader located in ‘The Kitchen’ – accounts can be credited with notes and coins.

Free School Meals
Your child will be entitled to free school meals if you receive certain benefits or earn less than £16,190 per year. If you think you may be entitled and would like to see the full list of applicable benefits, please use the Free School Meals form. Alternatively, call Norfolk County Council on 0344 800 8020.
The School receives additional resources to support teaching and learning based on the number of children who are entitled to free school meals, so if you are entitled, but your child does not take a free meal at school, it is still worth applying as this will support your child’s education.
